'The hotel was really nice and clean. There are many things to do within the resort, so you don’t really need to go outside. It’s a 10 out of 10, and I’d love to come back with my niece and nephew soon. The only downside was that the food at the BBQ restaurant wasn’t that great. I hope they offer more variety and better-quality meats next time. '

'I originally didn't understand that the check-in was virtual, and so struggled to get checked in. Once we understood the process, it went fine. We got good help from on-site staff who addressed a couple of questions to our satisfaction. Bus station is just up the street, with a convenient taxi stand for our travels around Sokcho. E-mart grocery store is about a 10 minute walk. They have everything.'
