Villa's in Kerama Islands

'Right from check-in, the service was impeccable. We were welcomed with fresh juices for the whole family and driven to the villa in a buggy. With breakfast provided, and a meal allowance, we were well fed throughout. Breakfast alone included bread basket, smoothies, appetiser plate, main, soup and a fruit combo. '宿泊施設と連絡がほとんど取れず、非常に不安だった。 「駐車場は何台停められるか?」という質問の返信に１ヶ月以上を要した上、「１台しか停められない」と言われた。 宿泊可能人数８人に対して駐車可能台数１台は少なく、大変不便だった。 また、「宿泊前に代表者のメールアドレスと身分証が必要だから送ってほしい」と言われたが、指定されたメールアドレスが送信不能なメールアドレスであり、「違うメールアドレスを提示してほしい」と丁寧に連絡しても最後まで返信はなかった。 緊急連絡先に何度電話をしても、繋がらず、「連絡できる緊急連絡先を教えてほしい」というメッセージも無視された。 宿泊日前日の夜にハウスルールやチェックイン方法が送られてきたが、本当に最初から最後まで杜撰で最悪だった。'
