« We have been routinely been coming to the Ft Walton area for about 2 years now, and I can’t believe we haven’t stayed here before. Housekeeping was fantastic, front staff was lovely, and everything was incredibly well maintained. There were some elevator issues while we were there, but we were not affected. « I would not stay here again or recommend anyone stay at this hotel if you want to get any sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from doors shutting, people walking and talking all night long. We had 2 people try to come in our room at 1:00am because the front desk booked them under our room number. They also charge a fee for pets when the advertise pets stay free. I would have gotten more sleep in my car. »
