'The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

'The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!'

'Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.'

'The host and his wife were very welcoming, knowledgeable about local history, and informative of the best ways to “get around”, things to do and restaurants to try! The space was ideal for one person (the lounging/love seat area is really the only space not made for 2 people). The hosts thought of so many small touches that made the stay even better (cold drinks, snacks, menus, metro card, maps, etc). I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.'

'What a great stay! This unit is in an excellent location and was on a quiet street. It was cozy and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Steve was so awesome at communicating, providing anything we needed, and so helpful with travel and tips for a storm that came through. Would love to stay here again! '
