The Sandpiper Cottage on Goose Rocks Beach is newly renovated and is surrounded by magnificent views. This 2 bedroom cottage is very short walking distance to the beach.

We’re here to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. You can easily reach us through the booking platform, by phone, or via text—whatever is most convenient for you.

We’re responsive and available throughout your stay for any questions, recommendations, or assistance you may need, while still respecting your privacy so you can fully relax and enjoy your time.

Goose Rocks is a quaint beach community that has been around for years and years. There is a vibe here. We all say hello in Passing even if we don’t know the person.

Surrounded by magnificent views, this cabin is within walking distance of the most picturesque Goose Rocks Beach. The sheltered cove beach makes it perfect for families with kids. The waves are tiny and perfect for the young to play.

The Sandpiper Cottage at Goose Rocks Beach is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Outside the front door is a small seating area for our guests to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach, leaf peeping or shopping in Dock Square. WiFi, bedding, and towels provided. We feature a fully equipped kitchen with most of the small appliances you could need as well as full-size stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. In addition, we supply a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, toaster, utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc.

•Linens are provided for the queen, full-size bed, and the loft has a full-size pullout.
•Towels are always fresh.
•Kitchen with all necessary equipment needed to prepare meals, and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy.
•Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent are available for you to use and replenished for you.
•Internet.
•Air conditioning.
•Beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, and beach wagon.
•Pack 'n' Play on premises.

~ BEDROOMS ~

This coastal Maine retreat features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, providing a restful and comfortable stay for up to 5-6 guests.

• Upstairs Bedroom #1: A serene room with a queen-size bed.
• Downstairs Bedroom #2: A cozy full-size bed.
• Upstairs Loft: features a full-sized fold-down bed.

~ BATHROOM ~

The cottage features one full bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower, located downstairs, and is stocked with all the essentials needed for the duration of your stay.

The Outside shower is only in operation from Memorial Day weekend to the end of September.

~ OUTSIDE SPACE ~

Wake up to breathtaking sunrises, unwind with stunning sunsets, and enjoy front-row seats to the vibrant birdlife that calls the marsh home. Out back, two Adirondack chairs invite you to relax with a glass of wine as you take in the serene views, while the front of the cottage features a dining table and a propane BBQ grill—perfect for enjoying al fresco meals after a day at the beach.

*Early check-in/late check-out is not available between Memorial Day and Columbus Day*

Guest access: Guests have access to the entire cottage.

No childproofing has been done at this cottage, but we welcome children and families.

Yard maintenance (mowing, tick & mosquito spraying, etc.) may occur occasionally in the summer. They won't interrupt you, but unfortunately, we cannot give you advance notice. They arrive on their terms.
