Prepare everything from a casual breakfast to a classic Maine lobster dinner, then dine together at the table for 10 or head to the front porch with rocking chairs for coffee, cocktails, dessert, and the soothing sound of the waves.
After a day at the beach, unwind in the lower-level media room with Roku and a widescreen TV—perfect for movie nights, streaming your favorite apps, or catching the big game. With four additional TVs and Wi-Fi throughout the home, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax their own way.

Sleeping Arrangements
With five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one half-bath, the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. The lower level offers a flexible sleeping space with four twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom—ideal for kids, teens, or younger guests traveling together.
On the second floor, the primary suite features a king bed, private TV, dramatic Palladian windows with exceptional ocean views, and a beautifully appointed private bath. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom—one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed. The third floor includes a private suite with a queen bed, a twin bed, a TV, and its own full bathroom.
Additional conveniences include a full laundry room, a main-floor half-bath, a private outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, parking for up to eight cars, an extra fridge in the garage, and everything you will need for a day at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach games, etc).

Location & Nearby Activities
Kennebunk is beloved for its historic charm, scenic coastal roads, and beautiful sandy beaches, making it a wonderful destination for families and groups seeking a classic Maine getaway. Spend your days building sandcastles at Gooch’s Beach just across the street or stroll along Beach Avenue to the playground and tide pools at Mother’s Beach.
The KBIA (Kennebunk Beach Improvement Association) is also within walking distance and offers family-friendly activities for all ages, including sailing, kayaking, movie nights, and Wednesday evening beach barbecues; membership is required and available to the public. In summer, you can also settle in and enjoy fireworks over the water.

SECURITY CAMERAS
There are two EXTERNAL cameras on the property. One is just outside the rear entrance and faces outward toward the parking area. The second is on the outside of the front porch and faces the ocean, overlooking the front yard of the property. These are primarily to monitor storms and the risk of flooding but are also used to check the weather and for security purposes.
