Appartementen in Kennebunk

'Nice property for families. Loved the screened in porch. Because the rooms are close you can hear all the conversations. Great indoor pool.'

'Awesome place and hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.'

'The property was very clean and surprisingly large! Very close drive to the beach and many great restaurants.'

'I was happy to find this room on short-notice, and it served the purpose for an overnight. The good: The check-in was easy. The room and the bedding was clean. Parking was easy. There is a kitchen and a nice little screen porch. The price was affordable compared to other places in nearby towns. The bad: The bed was comically creaky, so if my wife or I moved in the night it woke up the other person. The futon folded up on itself like a taco with any adult-sized person on it (but was ok for my...

'Our 2 bedroom unit was beautiful - very clean well appointed. Four adults stayed here very comfortably. Really liked having washer and dryer. Check in was easy. Didn’t have to do a bunch of “housekeeping” before checking out - just take out the trash and run the dishwasher!'

'It was pet friendly apartment, everything was clean and nice, we enjoyed our stay!!!'

'Had a great time, it was a smooth process and communication was great! Perfect space for our family with 3 small kiddos and lots to do in the area! Would stay again :)'

'A wonderful property in the heart of Olgonquit! Perfect place for a mother daughter weekend trip! Property is clean, well furnished, and in the best location. The hostess is super responsive--I had questions about parking that were answered immediately. Highly recommend!'

'Clean room very nice.'

'Decent property. Some sand on floor, but this is a beach property. Kitchen sink plug missing so hard to do dishes.Several dishes in cupboard were dirty.Large burner on stove did not work.Overall a nice property. Just a few minor things. We would stay again.'

'Barely adequate. Awkward, narrow spaces and unsafe for anyone with balance or vision issues. Chain lock on entry door not attached securely to wall. Trim board just pulls away from wall. How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach...

'Very close to the beach, clean comfortable me and the dogs enjoyed our stay there'

'We ended up staying only one night although we had booked 5 nights. The location and amenities were fine, but the fact that the bedrooms were upstairs and the bathroom down a rather steep flight of stairs, was something we hadn't expected and weren't comfortable with (bad knees). Also of note is that to get to the second bedroom, one has to walk through the first bedroom; and the upstairs could also be cooled only with a (very loud) standing air conditioner in the second bedroom. Luckily it was...

'While the location and the apartment being pet friendly was a plus, everything else was, at best, a surprise. Our main issue with this location is that it is listed as a two bedroom, but it’s not disclosed that the second bedroom is only accessed through the first bedroom. Imagine a large primary bedroom with a giant walk-in closet, but that giant closet has now been converted into a second bedroom. Additionally, the bathroom downstairs was difficult to maneuver and the water pressure and...

'Couldn't beat the view waking up in the morning with the sun coming up over the ocean!'

'Overall it was ok...... Tight parking, we couldn't fit our truck in the parking space provided. We had to find a parking lot down the road and pay to park. Additional 60 that the renter claims will reimburse us. There are Minimum electrical outlets, one available outlet plug available in "master bedroom". Internet was down, we were given a different wifi address.Floors are very uneven, and a large 10" step between bedrooms and kitchen. The location is great though, 1 or 2 minute walk to the...
