Monument Kenesary Khan

There was a hiccup upon my arrival as they had no record of my booking. I therefore had to contact the booking website and wait for them to contact the hotel which isn't ideal. After everything was sorted, however, all was well. The room they gave me (I'm not sure if they upgraded me?) was exceptionally nice for the price I paid. It was really a very tastefully designed and practical hotel with nice staff. They have a small luggage storage for a reasonable 1,000 per day too. As the hotel is upstairs it isn't suitable for those unable to use stairs as there is no elevator. I really recommend the restaurant downstairs (not part of the hotel) also, as the food and prices were really very good indeed.
