On the edge of the village of Karavados, 2 kms inland from pretty St Thomas Beach, Villa Yianna has light and spacious accommodation laid out over two floors and is ideal for couples or a small family. The jewel of this smart two bedroom villa is the absorbing sea and mountain views from the terraces and balconies.

It is no more than a few minutes’ walk to a convenient minimarket and a taverna.



Location

Karavados village is surrounded by olive groves and located at the foot of Mt Aenos. A delightful village the church of St Constantine & Eleni and a mini market and one taverna. The beach of St Thomas is a meer 2km downhill plus Trapezaki sandy beach is also close by. There are a couple of secret coves between these beaches and the long beach at Lourdas beach.

Argostoli is an easy 15min drive away yet large supermarkets and the St George's castle are even closer.

Sitting area - L shaped sofa, flat screen TV (limited channels/news only), stairs to first four. French doors to covered pool terrace.

Kitchen area - Wooden fitted cupboards, sink, electric oven and electric hob, microwave, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), dishwasher and fridge freezer. Window above the sink to the garden and pool area. French doors to part covered pool terrace.

Shower room - Shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine.



First Floor

Double Bedroom, ensuite bathroom - 1 double bed, French doors to sea and mountain view balcony, ensuite shower room, wash basin, WC. Air Con unit

Twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom - 2 single beds, French doors to sea and mountain view balcony, ensuite bath with shower over, wash basin, WC. Air Con unit

There is a simple folding bed for a fifth person in the living area, suitable for a child.



Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.



Parking- there is space right next to the villa for parking.
