We have had another absolutely wonderful holiday. It could not have been better. Tina was, as always, wonderfully helpful. The villa was spotless, and anything we needed, we knew would be immediately dealt with. We would love to return. It was magical. Thank you, Tina, and everybody who made our holiday so memorable.

A wonderful villa in a quiet village a real get away from it all holiday We would certainly book another holiday with Agni Travel in the future and definitely recommend it to others. The villa had everything you could need and is beautifully maintained a wonderful pool and fantastic views and just a ten minute walk to the village.

A lovely villa in a lovely location

Lovely villa in an excellent location. Set in a quiet area yet easily walkable to all bars and restaurants. Set on three floors and the spiral staircase was very narrow, so not suitable for the elderly or infirm! But well maintained and local staff were very helpful when needed. Would thoroughly recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely 10 day stay, easy check in good communication before hand, Villa was clean and some essentials left in fridge for our arrival, pool was lovely and cleaned early every morning. We had a car but was walkable to plenty of local good restaurants. Already looking at booking again for next year

We have stayed at Villa Ismini several times over the last few years and it never disappoints. The villa is in a great location, with great views of the countryside, and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Katelios - a small, unspoiled village with some great tavernas on the beachfront. The villa is really well maintained and has everything you need. There was a very generous welcome pack on arrival. The pool is wonderful, with plenty of seating and umbrellas for making the most of the outdoor space. Tina, Costas and their team were all lovely, very friendly and they ensured our stay was as wonderful as ever - thank you! We will definitely look to return again in the future.

Excellent villa, great location!

This is a wonderful base for a holiday in Kefalonia. We travelled with our two children (age 13 & 11). It has everything you need, we loved the outdoor space and outdoor kitchen (particularly the very impressive BBQ). The village of Katelios is lovely, with great bars and restaurants - the nearest just 5min walk offered fantastic traditional food. I would say a special mention to Ana, the housekeeper who is just lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The villa is over three floors and has a spiral staircase connecting each - if you have very young children (toddlers) these staircases could be a problem as they are open tread. I would also say those with any walking difficulties would find this villa unsuitable. I would definitely rebook this villa, Agni travel were great - really efficient booking service and very helpful.

We’ve visited Katelios many times over the years, this is the first time we’ve stayed at Villa Ismini and the first time here with our young children. We had the best time, the villa is perfect! It’s so well appointed and in a great location for access. The whole team are super friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much. I’m sure we’ll be back to stay again.

Absolutely stunning property, we had a wonderful week. Spacious, spotlessly clean, pristine pool, well equipped kitchen and entire BBQ space, uninterrupted views, beautifully kept gardens and comfortable bedrooms. Walkable to the beach, shops, restaurants but far enough from everything to be blissfully quiet. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...I think that the pictures accurately reflect the property. There is also a beautiful beach within a few minutes walk where we enjoyed an early morning stroll. We found the people of Katelios very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

The property was in an ideal place immaculate and well looked after. Very quiet neighborhood, near a village called Katelios with great tavernas and local food specialties. Also, Katelios Beach is only a 3-minute drive away(or 10 mins walk). We liked the charming Katelios and Skala, very friendly people and nice local cuisine. We enjoyed local specialties, beverages and sweets served in local popular tavernas and cafes. Overall the location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. We will be returning next year!

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The villa and Katelios were perfect for my family. We loved the area and as well the places like Katelios, Skala, and Argostolion. We enjoyed visiting them often and tasting their local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Skala and Katelios are ( both reachable within a short 5-10 minutes drive) The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Sitting on the balcony on what is our last day watching the clouds approach with promised thunder and rain is just as stunning as the sunny days we have enjoyed over the past two weeks in this beautiful villa on the outskirts of quaint Katelios. It’s our second time here - it won’t be our last. It’s cool, the beds are so soft, the pool delicious and the kitchen equipped for any recipe you may wish to try. There’s even an outdoor kitchen BBQ and pizza oven. You are looked after ( at a distance of course!), the cats make friends ( please feed them especially the little black and white lady who had lost meow). Hire a car from Kostas at Venus just down the road and explore this beautiful island from top to bottom. If I could- I’d stay!

The overall service from Agni was extremely good and I will definitely be travelling with you again and will recommend you to other people. The way you handled the fact that our originally booked villa was no longer available and you had to find us another villa, was exceptional. You even provide us with a rebate on the difference in cost within 2 days!! When we locked ourselves out of the villa one night, we called the out of hours number and within 10 minutes someone had arrived at the villa to let us in. We all agreed that the holiday was one of the best we have ever had. Thank you very much for everything, you have a great team. Doug

Comfortable, well equipped and secure villa with a great pool and terrace. The bedrooms are a little small but there is plenty of space overall. We didnt use the outdoor kitchen as it was too hot in August to contemplate burning wood or charcoal! Really useful having an "open all hours" mini market just down the road and a good quality restaurant (Persas) on the doorstep. Kato Katelios (15 minute walk) is a bustling little place with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The bay is beautiful but the beach is quite shingly so we drove to sandy Kaminia beach just round the headland on a couple of days. An excellent holiday overall on a beautiful island.

Kefalonia is a beautiful island and Villa Ismini is in a superb location as near a few tavernas and a supermarket to stock up on essentials for our stay. The beach and beachside tavernas are only a short walk away. Villa Ismini is a lovely villa with a superb pool which our two kids (age 6 and 9) couldnt keep away from! It was very hot when we were there so the air conditioning in the bedrooms was much needed. A beautiful villa in a superb location.
