The master bedroom is enhanced with a balcony with un-interrupted westerly views over to the Lixouri Peninsular and direct access to the pool area. The twin bedroom is also finished to the same specifications with its own shower room. All bedrooms are completed with fitted wardrobes and include hairdryers.
The tiled outside area is home to some breath-taking sea views boasting a large heated infinity pool giving you the sense of the sparkling Ionian waters just a touch away. Sun loungers are positioned around the pool with an additional 2 relaxation areas, with 1 that is shaded should you require a break from the midday sun. There is also an alfresco dining area.
The villa has a bonus of a garden area with established fruit and vegetables that are cared for by the owners and are available for guest consumption. Fresh and home grown, taste the difference. You will find tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, watermelon, herbs and citrus trees.
The villa is located in Agrillas close to Maganos. From the airport is just under 2 hours drive. Once you arrive you are in walking distance to mini markets and local tavernas. The closest beaches – Alaties & St Jerusalem are just a short drive away. Follow the signs for Fiscardo and you will experience Kefalonia in technicolour. You will also be ideally located to explore some stunning parts of the island such as Assos and Myrtos.
