Looking out across olive groves, with the glistening Ionian Sea in the distance, Dionisis Villa is one of three properties located just 800m from the coast. Each villa sits on its own spacious plot and has been thoughtfully designed to offer rest and relaxation.
Modern, stylish, tastefully decorated using pale and light shades and conveniently all on one floor, Dionisis Villa is an inviting home with comfortable furnishings.  All rooms enjoy direct access on to the attractive pool terrace where you can while away the hours soaking up the sun from one of the day beds.

Guests can walk downhill to the sandy coves and bathing platforms in Agios Thomas, the ideal spot for any amateur snorkeller, as well as a cliff-top taverna and snack bar. The village of Karavados (1.4km) is further up the road, at the base of Mount Ainos and surrounded by pine trees and citrus groves. This classic Greek village is home to a church, mini-market and local taverna.

A short 5 minute drive or a 25 minute stroll with take you to the village and beach of Trapezaki with a handful of restaurants, including the highly regarded ‘Denis’, a celebrated bakery and a mini-market. Other beaches within a short drive are Lourdas (8km) considered to be one of the best on the island with several well regarded tavernas along its extensive seafront and Mounda (24km) renowned both for the quality of its fine golden sand and reputation as a sanctuary for the endangered Loggerhead turtle.

This is an ideal villa for those wanting to be close to fabulous beaches, within easy reach of Kefalonia’s main attractions and less than 20 minutes from both the airport and the capital Argostoli with its array of shops, galleries and harbour.

Being located within the same plot as Athina Villa and Panagis Villa means Dionisis Villa could be a good choice for an extended family or a group of friends who can be near to each other whilst retaining their own individual space and privacy.
