'This was a first time here for me. You can tell that there have been some recent renovations and they were great. The room was cozy. The bedding was very comfortable. 'It’s at the beach. What more do you really need to say . The whole point of this property is that it is beachfront. Your room has a view of the beach. Your balcony has a view of the beach and you’re literally steps away from the beach. Due to the humidity, you do get a bit of an odor in the room. Kind of musty. But clearly the air conditioner is too large for the space. So that makes it a little worse for the humidity and the clamminess in the room. And the air conditioner is very loud.

1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice.
