'Wonderful historic hotel with all the charm of 1940’s Enjoyed the spa, but timing was a little off to get both a massage and use of facilities. Prior guests trash and towels were left outside our room. Otherwise, recommend!'

'The hotel was nice. The first room they gave me was still being cleaned by housekeepers So I got a different room. Otherwise it was nice.'

'I was initially given a terrible room. The door was in the elevator lobby! The room was small, dark, and had a bit of a smell. I went back to the front desk and said it was unacceptable. The lady at the desk said it might be difficult to move me, because they were full, but she looked at it for quite a while and was finally able to change me to a normal room. I very much appreciated her efforts. That room was much better, but truly, this hotel needs some work. It gives an old, worn impression...

'The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!'
