'Spacious and clean whole apartment. Excellent view of Mount Fuji. Very close to lake, just a few mins walk away. Very friendly and helpful host. Lets us park at the property after checkout so we can visit places nearby.'

'Personeel was vriendelijk. Mooi uitzicht. Dan is al het positieve er ook wel mee gezegd. Kamer was zeer gedateerd en niet net. Er hingen nog plakkers op de muur van een schilderij die er mogelijks ooit heeft opgehangen. Er waren plekken op de kussens van de zetel, de zetel zelf en tafel. Er stonden twee aperaturen om te ontvochtigen en lucht te zuiveren en daarbovenop nog eens de airco/verwarming die enorm veel lawaai maakte. 'Locatie was goed, wat verouderd groot hotel. Eten was oké, we vonden slechts enkele gerechten lekker. Ik kreeg omdat ik geen rundvlees at 3 x speklap in mijn menu. Dit had echt anders gekund. Jammer. Pluspunten Mount Fuji goed te zien vanuit dit gebied.En je wordt opgehaald en terug gebracht treinstation. '

'We drove to Hoshinoya Fuji, as it was dark, the entry towards the check-in area is very easy to missed, suggest to have more road sign leading towards the resort. Once we checked in, there is a car to pick us up to our room up the mountain. The view of Fuji is stunning, if you are lucky enough to see it. Room and breakfast service are great, and so are the amenities in the resort. Booking for activities got to be done by 6pm the day before (no exception can be made). Was really interested in...

'The staff was wonderful in helping set up special touches for our stay. The private onsen was spectacular, the room itself was clean and comfortable. This was our favorite stay during our honeymoon in Japan by far, we will be highly recommending this to friends and family. '

'The best place for family/ friends’ staycation! Lovely owners make your trip so special. All the facility is well maintained with cute decors and very clean, everything is equipped. What you should bring is only food and drinks. It is located right next to the beautiful shrine which is Unesco world heritage, and having amazing view of Mt.Fuji from the terrace. We stayed with 2 toddlers and 4 adults but space was more than enough, all of us was really happy to stay in this beautiful property...

'If you're looking for an amazing isolated cabin experience just seconds from the street, this is it! The layout of the cabin with kitchen separated from the sleeping area in its own structure including a huge front deck is incredible. Nightly poolside party with grilled meat, desserts, beer and wine was an unexpected treat. Our cabin included a sauna, onsen and shower. This was a perfect place to stay while we ejoyed mountain biking and canoeing in the view of Mt. Fuji. '
