« This is a very old property. The apartment has been cosmetically upgraded, but the infrastructure is poor. We intentionally booked a place with two bathrooms but had only one working bathroom for one night (shower failure) and one working toilet for all three nights. The property manager was very responsive but the toilet issue could not be fixed during our stay.The apartment is lacking in cleanliness. « Apartment is in a well-kept complex ideally located near NRG, medical center, Rice Village. We found the apartment spacious and clean. It was very easy to hear the movements of the upstairs neighbor, so people sensitive to noise might want to consider that. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. »

« Excellent communication and ease of entry. This is a standard apartment with standard apartment problems including the upstairs neighbor whose washing machine will not last too much longer but rattles the dishes as it bangs on in the early morning. The garage is not attached so expect some walking and a couple of up and down stairs. « The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through...
