The free standing garage has been converted to a playroom for the young (and young at heart). It includes foosball, ping pong, and pool tables, as well as the requisite tv and video game player. For pickleball lovers, there are 8 brand-new courts recently built only 8 minutes from the house.
Please note that the property is built on a hillside. There are stairs from the various units to the water that can make it challenging for some elderly or frail individuals to navigate.
*** NEW for 2023!!! We have contracted with Pilot Knob Boating, LLC to dock a boat for the season in one of our 5 boat slips. The boat is a brand new Harris 26 ft luxury tri-toon, with a 250 L Mercury engine.
The boat will be available for rent exclusively by our tenants. The boat is newer, larger and more luxurious than anything at the commercial marinas, and there is no need to pick up and drop off boat when finished. The price will be quite competitive.
