Our mountains home is nestled high in the tree tops. Gorgeous views, and lots of bird life.

Spacious, with a distinctive mountains feel. You'll relax in our totally private, natural setting, and large, peaceful gardens and backyard.

All just a short walk from Katoomba Street, or a short drive to Leura, the Three Sisters and other beautiful parts of the Blue Mountains National Park.

The house is perfect for your Mountains getaway. Totally private, spacious with peaceful views from the large outdoor deck (with firepit) and three balconies.

We are child and pet friendly!

The two living spaces and large entertainers kitchen provides you with plenty of room to relax and unwind.

The walk up the driveway and two flights of stairs is worth the trip as you arrive at the large front deck nestled in the trees.

There is lots of room for the kids to run around both in and outside the house.

Everything in the house connects beautifully. The kitchen and dining room open up to the back deck nestled next to the Bali inspired garden.

The adjacent block is perfect for the kids or dog to run around in, or simply to relax amongst the trees.

Please note that the only access to our treetop house is via two flights of stairs and our driveway (Please see pictures). Not recommended for people with mobility constraints.

THE BEDROOMS

- Bedroom one is spacious and fully private on its own upper level with large inbuilt wardrobe, a lounge, private balcony and adjacent bathroom. You have a comfortable queen bed and queen air mattress here.

- Bedroom two is very roomy with a queen size bed, chaise lounge, flat screen tv with chromecast, desk and looks out on the garden

- Bedroom three has a double bed, floor mattress, and shared balcony with Bedroom four.

- Bedroom four has a double bunk bed with single on top, shared balcony and large wardrobe space.

- Second loungeroom can be turned into a fifth bedroom with its queen koala sofa bed. Very comfy!

THE KITCHEN/Dining Room

- Beautifully appointed, European design appliance and fully stocked large entertainer's kitchen

THE BATHROOMS

The house has central gas heating, aircon (in dining room and main lounge room) and fans in each bedroom.

All bedrooms have electric blankets and comfortable Sheridan bed linen and towels.

Wifi is high speed 5G internet. Perfect for a week or a few days working from home in a Mountains getaway!

You also have access to the 1,000m2 block of land next door. Total privacy and perfect for the kids!

Please note that the only entrance to the house is via the steep driveway and two flights of stairs. Not recommended for people with mobility issues. If you find the driveway difficult, there is plenty of free parking on nearby streets.

We welcome pets. The large front deck is fenced and so is the backyard bbq area.

Please note that the house has a bush like setting. It is surrounded by beautiful trees so there are leaves and branches that drop on the decks, and there can be insects and spider webs.
