'The hotel advertised a swimming pool, but this is not operational. Hopefully they adjust their advertising to reflect reality. I was offered nothing in lieu of this, which was a bit surprising. The room was very nice and the staff were pleasant. The restaurant was fine. The shower head was broken in the bathroom, but other fixtures were functioning. Maybe focus less on robots and more on ensuring that the services are in place? '

'I missed a message about picking me up at the airport and ended up walking. My mistake but the staff were great about it '

'Very nice staff. Breakfast was great.'

'The rooms need updating. For our stay there were crowded tourist groups in the hotel. They were very loud and unfortunately they pur us at the same floor with them. We were very tired and cannot change the room. Breakfast quite mediocre. The location is far from city center.'

'we had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were excellent, welcoming ,helpful and friendly. The housekeeping team did a great job, and the food was delicious. The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet place and the view was absolutely beautiful which made the stay even more enjoyable . we had a great experience and happy to choose this hotel for our stay.'
