The luxurious Villa Gabrijela Kaštelir is located in the picturesque and medieval town of Kaštelir, surrounded by nature and a peaceful atmosphere, very close to the Istrian coast and beaches. The villa is a work of the famous Croatian architect Ante Vrban. With its 400 m2, Villa Gabrijela can accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, equipped with King size beds, TV, walk in wardrobe and 3 bedrooms on the upper floor from which you have a wonderful sea view, and you can access pool and garden with separate stairs. There are 4 walk-in bathrooms, one on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, and a luxuriously decorated living room divided into a lounge area with corner furniture and armchairs, and a beautiful bar with a wine cabinet, perfect for evening gatherings. In the garden there is a beautiful mosaic pool (11x6m) surrounded by sun loungers and completely enclosed with a fence and greenery. As an extra offer guests of the villa can enjoy a party of the table tennis and PlayStation 4.



City Kaštelir is a place well known for film festivals, music and gastronomic offer, especially for its truffles and wines. The place is surrounded with nature, olive trees and vineyards, yet only 7 kilometres from the coast and beautiful sandy beaches.
