'Erg mooie kamer. Het huis was in het begin wel een beetje een doolhof, maar ook dat was wel charmant. Kamer zag er erg verzorgd uit tot aan het mooie behang toe.'

'Fabulous country house style stay - there is a sweeping driveway through mature gardens. The history of the house is fascinating - the monkey puzzle tree is a late addition at 1913. Staff are so kind and friendly and the food is all freshly cooked to order with generous portions. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely visit.'

'Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again.'

'Do NOT believe the photos! This is a formerly glorious home that has been carved up into individual rooms. I’ve stayed in places like this before,but the lack of quality of workmanship says let’s do this as cheaply as possible. Shower doesn’t drain. Garbage and poorly maintained exterior and interior says make money,who cares about anything else. Springs in the mattress sticking into my ribs made for a fitful night.neighborhood was inner city typical. But come on…do better.'

'Made reservation with mentioning payment upon arrival, took the amount from the credit card the day before. Disco aside and during night lot of noice of people, cars chasing on parking and music. Rooms bad smell of fungus. Breakfast poor quality, poor service. '

De klacht is dor het hotel genegeerd. Dat lijkt een standaard werkwijze gezien andere reviews. Het hoofdgebouw van het hotel oogt goed, maar ons appartement in een naast liggende woning was erg slecht.'
