'Everything about our three night stay at this hotel was outstanding. The design is amazing, modern, yet warm and welcoming. Unbelievable quality and attention to detail. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast, which was included, was also great, fantastic selection, including custom made orders, such as avocado toast. The spa is gorgeous and the treatments I scheduled were one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The rooftop bar is fun with a beautiful view of the...

'Good stay I’m nice hotel and town'

'Goed ontbijt mooie kamer aardig personeel'

'We had a room on the first floor and a lot of times people need to ring the bell because the gatepass wasn't working or they want to check inn, there is not always somebody working. We had the same problem by check inn. It gives not the welcome feeling you expect. Please don't watch under the beds. Dirt, used earplugs and bottle shells... When you expect a folded bed and emty garbage can after a day in the city... You have bad luck... In 3 days nobody has been in our room. (maybe they come...

'Heerlijk eten. Kamer was schoon. Personeel vriendelijk '

'No matched with was offered , smell terrible, no breakfast, dirty and no good service.'

'I was very impressed with Atmosphere. The hotel is very nice as is the restaurant. The staff is extremely kind and helpful especially considering the language barrier. Loket is a beautiful little town that I totally enjoyed. The breakfast they have is of course European style but very nice. Their dinner menu had things that I enjoyed very much. I can’t stress enough how helpful and kind the staff is. Five stars and I would go back again in a heartbeat.'

'A very charming hotel, ideally located with super convenient parking right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.'
