'Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast and dinner were both very good. The family room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom. The wifi was good and there is lots of parking space. We heard a continuous hum in our room, but it wasn’t a big deal because it quite well before bedtime. We didn’t ask about it but assumed that it was probably a ventilation fan from the kitchen. 'Receptionist at check in very competent, unfortunately the hotel its self is looking tired and could do with a total revamp. Carpets threadbare, door frames and skirtings require painting. Many scuffs and chips, Bathroom floor tiles broken, general atmosphere within the sitting areas was souless, bar area never seemed to be open. Bed an pillows very comfy tho.'
