3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 double and 1 bunk bed. In the bedroom there is room for at least 1 baby still sleeping in a cot. The apartment has a large balcony to the parking lot with ample views. We recommend the apartment for max. 6 persons (of these 2 children and 1 baby), but it has a sofa bed, whereby the occupancy by 1-2 persons for a fee, can be increased.

The house in which these 1, 2 and 3-room apartments are located in the newly built district of the seaside resort Karl Hagen in the near beach area.   The apartments in the centrally located property offer ample space ..   Each apartment has a large balcony, except the ground floor apartment, this has a terrace to the parking lot. Barbecues are not allowed on the balconies, on the terrace or on the premises.   For each apartment is a free parking (with bollard, about 8cm height folded) available. If you arrive with more than one vehicle, a limited number of additional parking spaces are available on request (please only by mail), for a fee.   You will feel comfortable in these apartments, so that the stay is pure from the first day. The cottage is not suitable for guest groups under 25 years.
