'THE pool was Nice and clean. Staff was friendly but to communicate was hard because of the poor understanding of englisch. The rooms were clean but the walls were not fully covert so small animals/bugs can come in. There is a klamboo. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, eggs and pancakes. It s a good option if you don t want to spent to much money and want to be close to THE entrance of THE ngorogoro Crater. 'This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!'

'Supremely clean, extremely well- appointed rooms/tents, the food was superb and the staff beyond friendy and professional! Specifically wanted to mention nBaraka who helped us with rental car issues and advocated for us constantly. Also he was instrumental in helping us get our permits for Ngorongoro Crater and Olduvai Gorge.
