Holiday cottage "Lootsen Hus Olpenitz":
Exclusive semi-detached house on 3 levels, in a unique location on the western pier of the Baltic Sea resort between the Schlei and the harbour, with 127 sqm living space, terrace and roof terrace, fireplace, sauna, bathtub with whirlpool function - and with a fascinating view over the harbour and the Schlei!
The house consists of a large light-flooded living and dining area with fireplace on the ground floor as well as a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms with high-quality double bed or 2 single beds on the upper floor, a living / sleeping area on the gallery on the second floor with comfortable sofa bed and another in the lower living area, as well as 2 showers plus bathtub with whirlpool function and SAUNA... In the maximum case even 8 people here still have enough space to feel good...
In this case there are also 2 parking spaces directly in front of the front door.
The small beach directly in the Baltic Sea resort is 1500 m away, the public pasture field beach south of the resort approx. 3 km, and the (future) harbour promenade and supermarket only 300 m away - then "harbour feeling live" is announced here.
But the highlight of this unusual holiday property is the spectacular view, which is certainly one of the most beautiful in the whole resort!
Excursions and shopping, restaurants, shops etc. are best in Kappeln an der Schlei, 7 km away, the infrastructure in Port Olpenitz with marina, gastronomy etc. is not yet completed. However, here you can already expect an excellently equipped holiday home in a fascinating location at fair introductory prices NOW...
The marina, more shops, cafes and restaurants are due to open soon.
The public "Weidefelder Strand" adjoins the Port Olpenitz area directly in the south, is free of tourist tax, 3 km long and of good sand quality. There is also a small beach restaurant. Cyclists come to the beach free of charge, motorists pay a comparatively low parking fee.
SPECIAL FEATURES:
Heating costs are covered by these prices, and the consumption costs for electricity and water (depending on individual SAUNA and bathtub with whirlpool function use) will be invoiced additionally in retrospect according to actual consumption.
Tourist tax is NOT charged at the OstseeResort Olpenitz.
Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee.
