ORO MARE is a generous and spacious maisonette holiday apartment on the first and second floors with a view of the harbour basin.



The harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz with its growing range of amenities and shopping facilities as well as the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz are within walking distance. The maritime mini-golf course is in the immediate vicinity and offers fun for the whole family.



When you enter the ORO MARE on the first floor, the relaxation begins from the very first moment. You are directly in the apartment's relaxation area. The apartment's three bedrooms are located on this floor, with two double box-spring beds and two single box-spring beds. No matter which bedroom you choose, you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. The bedrooms are each equipped with a large flatscreen for entertainment and there is also a workstation with a height-adjustable desk.



There is also a well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.



Once you arrive on the second floor, you will be greeted by the floor-to-ceiling window front with the adjoining terrace. Step inside and feel at home. Relaxing on the cosy living area, enjoying the view of the harbour from the window or watching TV is pure relaxation and recreation! Everyday life becomes more and more distant... Should the weather show its Nordic side, the wood-burning stove with its crackling fire provides additional cosiness. The sofa bed provides space for two more people to sleep.



The integrated kitchen is perfectly equipped to a high standard. Comfortable patio furniture and a barbecue await you on the terrace.

You can access the large south-west-facing terrace directly from the living area. Here you can spend many relaxing hours in the sun all day long and watch marvellous sunsets.



A second full bathroom with wellness character and spacious, floor-level panoramic shower and infrared sauna ideally rounds off the complete package for a relaxing holiday.



You will find your own parking space in front of the holiday apartment.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
