Pet friendly apartment in Olpenitz

Located directly on the harbour promenade and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this holiday apartment scores with a fantastic sea view, close to the Weidefeld sandy beach and the promenade.

The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the balcony is not only of the marina and the floating houses, but also of the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Sailing boats, seagulls and beautiful sunsets guarantee a real holiday feeling.



The holiday apartment is flooded with light, equipped to a high standard and stylishly furnished.

The residential and commercial building was built in Scandinavian style. The apartments can be reached from the outside via the arcades or alternatively conveniently via the lift. The holiday apartment is also barrier-free with a large floor-level shower.



Situated above the things, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living and dining area and from the balcony. The idyllic landscape of the Schlei nature reserve offers closeness to nature and a break away from everyday life. The new harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll.



Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flat-screen TV in the living room and on another TV in the bedroom. You can listen to your favourite radio station quickly and easily with Alexa in the living room.

The extensively equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals. The balcony invites you to enjoy a barbecue evening with a view of the water.



The shower room has a large walk-in shower.



The cosy bedroom is equipped with a double box-spring bed, an additional flat-screen TV and insect screen for a restful night's sleep. An additional sleeping area is available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room (140 cm x 200 cm).



There is a car parking space behind the house.



This is a holiday apartment on the first floor.



Our favourite spot: sitting on the balcony with a sundowner, watching the seagulls in the air and keeping an eye out for dinghies.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
