Our room smelled like pets. Bathroom was dirty, like stained dirty. Floors were sticky and when i looked at them after being barefiot, my feet were gross. Place smelled like weed. Breakfast sucked. Waffles and cold cereal.

We did not even stay here because we came, and it was nothing like the photo. It was unsafe, and the room smelled and had stains everywhere. We saw the room and left to find another hotel to stay in.

Property was ok....construction going on in lobby. Hotel looked a little run down and ragged. Stayed in a king standard room. Definitely not worth the price I paid. Over all the stay was less than average.

The entire property reeked like smoke/marijuana (even in our non smoking room). Lock on our door was broken so you couldn’t lock the door at all. Toilet wobbled because it wasn’t tightened to the floor. Food chunks/crumbs/candy on carpet by beds, dirt on floors in bathroom. Would never stay here again.

The smell was overwhelming. The beds, floors and bathrooms WERE CLEAN but the entire hotel smelled like weed smoke and cigarettes. The windows wouldn't open so there was no way to air it out or escape from fire.

Unfortunately the hotel is horrible in very bad condition it seems that they do not supervise everything is very bad, the sheets of the bed had cigarette burn and cockroaches walking on top of the bed

Robbed and hit and run....
I stayed here cuz it was closest to hospital I was having surgery at next morning. When I left I noticed my my car had been hit and tail light was busted. I've only owned this car 2days! While prepping for surgery, some one attempted to charge 175 $ for gas 5 times on my debit card and realize my wallet had been stolen out of glove box. When I called hotel the lady was rude and send send the cops if you wanna see cameras but I just had surgery so I can't yet.

Thank you for the review, yes you did call after the fact of what you stated happened. I did explain we are not allowed to let you see the cameras that you would need to contact the police and make a report and that they would then come in and look at the cameras, you then hung up on me. We do apologize

Strange property. It looked very clean and well kept. It was the clientele that left me baffled. Seems like they rent extended stay rooms and that there was a lot of illicit activity going on. Felt uncomfortable but not unsafe. Wouldn't stay here again because of that.

Accessible room is hazardous--Do not stay
I had made a reservation for two days, but I cancelled our second day due to dangerous accessibility problems. I wish I had brought them up so I could have gotten a refund. We requested an accessible room. The floor was laminate, not carpet as indicated in the photo. This caused a problem for my partner, who has mobility issues. The floor was very slippery and dangerous for him, especially in the bathroom/shower. When the floor was wet, he slid two times because it was so slippery. There was also a rolling chair for the desk. On the laminate floor, when he stood up, the chair rolled uncontrollably backward and he almost fell again. This room was not acceptable for a person with disabilities.

I'm sorry you were not happy because of the laminate floors, we actually have never had a complaint in regards to the flooring, in fact, numerous people have let us know they liked no carpet because it was easier for their wheelchairs. Again our apologies that you were not happy but the room is not hazardous

Pictures posted on Hotels.com are NOT ones of this hotel! I should have read the reviews before booking but usually a chain like Days Inn I am not disappointed.. Couldn’t even get a regular cup of coffee (tasted like instant), they closes breakfast down on Sat way before they stated to be closed. I am usually not too picky and do not like leaving poor reviews. I just hope this place can improve.

Thank you for the review, the coffee is a liquid form from the machine, our breakfast hours are 6am - 9am, I'm not for sure why you would think it was closed early

The outside lights were flickering and barely working. Once inside, the staff was wonderful but the hallways on the third floor were gross with a giant red stain in front of my room. The towels were too small, and every fixture in the bathroom looked like it had been ripped out and the shower current rod was hanging by a single screw. There were multiple patch over repairs what werent painted over or smoothed. Looked very half assed. Probably wont be back when in the area again

There were none smoking signs all over, and the hotel smelled so bad like people smoke everywhere, it smelled so much that it gave me a headache. I got a room with 3 queen beds because it was 6 of us and there were only 4 big towels in the room, when I went to ask for 2 more the front receptionist was very rude.

Hotel Stay
The hotel was definitely not as pictured. We had to go to Walgreens while we were there to buy air freshener, cleaning wipes and sanitary products for our 2 nights of stay. There was electric tape on the back of the remotes, electric tape on the lamps where the bulbs are inserted, trash bags covering some type of box on the wall and a stench of marijuana through the halls. Definitely not one of our nicest hotels we have been to.
