Great stay.... I did try to check out this morning and no staff was around for at least 5-10 minutes and multiple bell dings so I left my room key on their desk.

Checked in at 6pm left for concert without looking at room. Got back to hotel room and 12:30am to a room that had not been cleaned from previous person. Was moved to new room. New room had used towels hanging from bathroom door. Food still in fridge from previous person. Will not recommend.

The wifi didn't work, the jacuzzi didn't work, the exhaust fan didn't work, outlets didn't work, some of the lights didn't work, the room was supposed to have a couch but didn't, the room was poorly lit, the blanket had a rip in it that was over a foot long, and the overnight front desk attendant was never actually at the front desk. She was always at a table in the breakfast area doing her homework. I paid extra for a jacuzzi suite that didn't even work. When I checked out, I let the front desk attendant know about everything. He just said he'd look into it.

Starting with the plus, the sheets were clean and the staff, were courteous Negatives, no one cleaned our room for the 4 days we were there. We found used shampoo bottles and food wrappers in our room, the windows did not close properly allowing highway sounds and smells into the room. The property advertised as having a hot tub, which was not true and the breakfast consisted of stale cereal, a few bagels/ bread, and old apples. I didn’t dare to open the buffet hood that smelled like dirty socks. Clean enough for one night, but not worth the priicd.

When I booked a hotel in Missouri for $79/night I wasn’t expecting much but wow was this bad. The front desk was very sweet but as soon as you walk in the chlorine is over powering and the hot tub no longer exists even though it is listed as an amenity. There was trash in the hallways, someone started to paint but gave up throughout the place. There was cigarette burns on all the sheets, counters and tub. The smoke detector was ripped out with wires exposed. The box frame was ripped up and exposed. Overall very gross place that needs a lot of work.

The staff was very nice, but the cleanliness wasn't up to par. The room I stayed in, there was some stains on the blanket, the carpet felt dirty when walking on it, there was glitter in the bathtub, and there was a bag wrapped around the smoke detector. When taking my son (4) to breakfast, he wanted yogurt and orange juice. Yogurt was all good. He said the orange juice was too tart, so I went and dumped it out in the sink, and there was a bug in the juice! I'm assuming it got stuck in the nozzle, so when I got juice it just came with it. I did tell the front desk attendant about the smoke detector the next morning, as that is a safety concern. Not sure I'll stay again though.

Safety issues
Booked on the road with hotels.com. Once in our room, foreign residents were making noise beyond belief, hard to watch our own tv. Called the front desk and he was very hesitant to askvthem to be quiet. This continued until after 10 or so and finally my husband told the clerk he would call law enforcement if it was not taken care of. Finally things calmed down. These foreigners (women) were hand wiping there vehicles with buckets of water, not sure what they were cleaning. Have license number in case any thing is reported. Clerks should be made more aware of activity since we have more foreigners coming into our country.

They advertise they have a hot tub, but it doesn't work. I don't think it has worked for some time. That is why we booked that particular hotel. The place hasn't been kept up super well. Under the air conditioner was some weird white stuff on the floor that should have been vacuumed up. The wall was repaired but not re-painted. But the price was good so it was tolerable.

Quite expensive ($120 ) for run-down rooms, very dirty floors in hallways and room. Room smelled like a smoking room. Stains on bed. I expect a lot more for the price. All the other reviews saying the same are spot on. Stay somewhere else!

Good with some issues
Some cosmetic issues and the hot tub was not working, however, clean (with exception of phone) and smelled good. Pool was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room looked clean but didn’t smell clean. There were stick tights stuck to one of the mattresses. Carpet in the room was worn, outdated and not clean. The pool and hot tub were not in working condition, which was one reason we booked this hotel. Very disappointed

The staff spoke very poor English and didn't seem to have any idea clue. When we finally got into our room we dropped our bags and left immediately to go get something to eat. As we sat in the room eating we noticed all the things wrong with the room. The splatters on the wall, the valance was coming off the wall, we looked under the bed and the bed lining was less than half attached, the walls had huge gouges, looking behind the chair there was what appeared to be dog feces (didn't want to further investigate that) and when I pulled the sheets back they were dirty/stained and a hair on the sheets. The smell was also overwhelming of mustiness. When we turned off the heater the vents looked like they had mold and bugs in them. The hot tub was not working (which we later found out has been broken for three years. The pool looked unclean. I would never recommend this location to anyone. We left without unpacking and told the front desk worker (who was sleeping with his head on the table in the breakfast area ) we would not be staying there. We will also be contacting the health department as the feces is definitely a health issue. I am sure there are things I tried to forget and put out of my mind. Please close this location.

The room was dirty, the door didn’t close properly and once we got it to latch close there was no lock. The frame was not secured and if you would have put any effort into pushing the door in the frame would have failed. The walls were streaked with something. Blood on the bathroom wall, curtains had large spots of something on them. One of the beds was broken and the comforter was ripped. There was a stench when the drawers were opened. My sock bottoms were black after walking across the floor. Walls are so thin. Hot tub hasn’t worked in months. I couldn’t stay the length of the reservation and left after one night.

This is our second time staying at this Comfort Inn.. The area is quiet and safe.. the hotel is nice and the rooms are clean.. they have a nice Continental breakfast.. nice choices and good coffee.. Will stay here again

They advertised pool and hot tub..... Both not working.... Called 48 hrs ahead to check on if they were working they were not asked for refund and they only refunded 1 of the 2 nights. Very frustrating and disappointing. Expedia tried to fight for me and they couldn't even do anything.

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were out of order during our stay, which was part of the reason we booked there. My son with Autism was unable to go swimming - a huge problem. The elevator smelled like mold/mildew, and the room didn’t smell great, either. There were flecks of blood on the wall near the door. A broken tile in the bathroom posed a trip/cut hazard. There was a dying bug in the shower. I will say that the staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast was adequate. It’s right next to a Sonic, with lots of fast food and gas stations close by.
