'Hoewel het hotel er uitziet alsof het betere tijden gekend heeft, is het een prima hotel voor een kort verblijf. Het is meer een hotel voor zakelijk verblijf dan voor vakantie. Het zwembad is koud en tochtig en er kijkt een enorme torenflat bovenop. Groot pluspunt: Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid.'

'The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock). If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. If you need a taxi you need to book in advance (the day before). There is a new shopping centre (Mydin) nearby and there are other shops within...

'Situated right at the main street, thus very very loud (troughout the whole night). It was hard to get some sleep! Bed sheet with some stains and charcoal is used as room odour which is pretty weird for us as Europeans'

'Very convenient for my family.. Even do no break fast, but all shop just nearby the resort.'

'I didnt check in. From outside, the hotel looks so scary and horrible. Poor maintainance. The shoplot is all for rent/sale. Only 1 car outside the hotel. '

'Vuile onhandige badkamer, geen wc papier , mottenballen in de badkamer, geen mogelijkheid om je tanden te poetsen, klein dekentje, gaten in handdoek, kakkerlakken, lekte op dr gang va'

'Goede locatie '

'We liked the hotel and enjoyed our day in Kota Bharu. But later in the evening we were thirsty and couldn´t get anything to drink from the machine because no cash and no visa. As a foreigner we couldn´t use the app they suggested to use. When I asked at the reception, she just laughed and that was it. No help on getting something to drink :( It was hot and humid as ever, not fun to be thirsty all night. At least she could have offered some help or made a suggestion on where to find some water..'

'Kamer wat gedateerd, verder prima'

'kedai runcit betul2 depan bilik.'
