« The hotel is new and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the AC worked well. The location is also fantastic as a staging point to explore Kota Kinabalu and the surrounding area. There are tons of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again! »
« The hotel looks old but service and cleanliness is good. No lift but the hotel not really high. Staff also nice and helpful. Area around the hotel is fine. Might be a bit worry but everything is fine. I don't know about past years service but maybe I can said they have improved. May come again. »
