This STUNNING, CORNER, OCEANFRONT, REMODELED PENTHOUSE is available for the highly discriminating vacationer. Noelani 410 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom remodeled condo that offers all the luxuries and comforts of home. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, custom hardwood cabinets and lighting, and new stainless-steel appliances. A split air conditioning system provides cold air to all rooms!

Dine al fresco on the expansive lanai or inside, both offering endless ocean views! The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds. For additional guests, there is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room area. Guest bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub and a private washer and dryer, for added convenience. This condo is equipped with TVs in every room, cable and free WiFi.

The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). Treat yourself here….you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful location with views galore. Plenty of room and great accommodations. Great pools and right next to the beach where turtles sunned every single day! We would definitely come back and stay here….it was perfect!

Brilliant condo with amazing views

We had a wonderful stay, and were sad to leave. The condo matched the description and photos. Spotless presentation. Beach towels and equipment were great, with kitchen and bathrooms sufficiently stocked with essentials. Lovely quiet location but close to everything. Easy access to small beach. Facilities of the complex were quite good and also well maintained. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Views

We were blown away with the beautiful view out of the windows/doors and standing on the lanai. The corner view is awesome of the ocean and beach down the coast is beautiful! The pool area is nice and has great view of the ocean. We were able to have a nice dinner and swim one evening. We even were able to walk to the beach area steps away from the condo complex. Having a washer and dryer and a usable kitchen really makes the stay more manageable for a family with kids.

Really enjoyed our stay!

The view was fabulous, and property as described. Pools were clean. Location was convenient. Saw turtles everyday! The air conditioner turned off every time we accessed the lanai which then required it be turned on in each room again which was an inconvenience, especially if a group was sleeping (their room would get hot very quickly). The couch needs replacing. 10am checkout is early. Overall, would recommend!

The view from the Balcony couldn’t have been better

Excellent location and beautiful condo!

This condo has a most fantastic view for whale watching, and sea turtle watching! Love the pools and little beach next door. Only downside is we stayed on the top floor and had to pack our luggage and groceries up all the stairs. Older visitors may want to stay on a lower level unit.

The condo with a beautiful view

We enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets, turtles and whales from the lanai. The beach chairs and towels were very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable, but it would be nice to have padding for the couch mattress. We had everything we needed to cook a meal. The pools and hot tub were nice. We hope to return next year!

Perfect location and beautiful views

The Lanai is perfect for sitting and watching the whales and turtles so entertaining. The location is great. A couple of things with the condo and some have been said in previous reviews: the air conditioning can't be lower than 74 and it wouldn't reset after doors were opened, we had a problem with the 2nd shower not working properly (we contacted the management), the doors aren't solid at the bedroom doors and bathrooms. A great place to stay!!

Great place with great view!

Our stay was really awesome in this Apartment! I loved having my coffee with this amazing view every morning.. celebrated our son's bthday here and couldn't have been at a better place... Loved how close it is to the beach and amenities! This stay is part of our great memories in Maui...loved it!

Beautiful Views!

We enjoyed two weeks in this beautiful home. The view was amazing to look at everyday. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach. We were close to so many activities and beaches. It was a perfect vacation.

The deck is fantastic

Breathtaking View!

The photos don’t do the view from the lanai justice! We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, and we found the location to be very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai and S-Turns (tiny beach) is conveniently located next door. Two minor call outs: no elevator, so guests need to be able to walk up to condo. Also, bathroom doors are shutter or plantation-style, not solid doors. Small nit, but there was no way not to disturb your partner (with bathroom light) if you used the bathroom during the night.

Great view and awesome place to make memories

We would definitely rent this property again. Everything was easy, clean, location was convenient. We saw turtles basking in the sun every afternoon and the sunsets were amazing!!! A must do, would highly recommend!!

Awesome stay!

Noelani 410 is a top-floor unit with great west views over the ocean and north views of the pool and up the coastline. The unit is nicely appointed and very well-maintained. The pools and hot tub overlooking the ocean are great. The "S Turns" beach next door is just steps away. Would definitely return! The only thing to note for older/mobility-impaired travelers is that there is no elevator.

Perfect place to stay in Maui

We had an amazing spring break in Maui, and it was in large part due to this great condo! Exactly as seen in the pictures, the view is spectacular. When we weren't at the beach or pool, we were sitting on the balcony, watching the waves, turtles, whales, and even a pair of seals! The rest of the condo was great as well, perfect for our family of 4. Having two bedrooms and bathrooms, a washer dryer, kitchen, etc., made for a very comfortable stay. The closet has a nice selection of beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and sand toys. The town of Lahaina is only 15 minutes away, but stores and restaurants are even closer. We would definitely stay here again!

Great view but small and too expensive for the value

This condo has a great view, turtles come every day at sunset to the tiny beach on the left of the condo. The condo is on the 4th floor in Kahana village so pretty good drive from Lahaina downtown. The building floors are covered with old carpet that was never cleaned or at least it looks like it. It's pretty tiny with tiny old bathrooms. We had a storm one day and condo is not prepared for the storm at all. There are no blankets, no flashlights, the master bedroom window has no glass - so high winds were flowing right in. It's good when weather is good and creates enough breeze for warm weather but during high winds and storm - not so good. The couch bed mattress is pretty broken and not comfortable to sleep on at all. Overall - for this old condo - the price is too high.

Great whale and turtle watching from lanai

While the layout of this condo is nice, the bathrooms are very small with no separation of the commode and shower. The washer was so loud it drown out the sound of the waves, even with the sliding glass doors open all the way. I can't imagine staying in this codo in the heat of the summer as it has NO air-conditioning. The ocean breeze was barely enough to keep us cool in March. The master bedroom is closest to the road and not being able to close the windows because of the heat, you could hear traffic all night. This is a very old building in need of a serious upgrade/update. There is NO elevator. This is a 3rd floor unit. Thank goodness we're all in good shape. One thing this unit has going for it is the amazing ocean front position and large lanai. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the whales and turtles from the lanai.

The property is well kept. The fourth floor penthouse gave us incredible views of the ocean, whale watching, sea turtles and the pool below.

Awesome spot

Loved this spot, one of the best views we’ve ever had in Hawaii, no doubt. Was great also, since we could keep an eye on the kids in the pool. Kitchen is clean and works. 4 stars only because of the noise from outside when trying to sleep, and given no A/C, there’s no way to NOT to leave windows open. By the way, there’s def no need for air conditioning, constant breeze makes every room really comfortable. But we were woken up almost every morning at 5:30-6:00 am from either people in the parking lot or other guests in building behind ours. Heavy sleepers, probably not an issue. It wasn’t too loud.
