We provide a light, locally inspired continental breakfast often including homemade banana bread made with local apple-bananas, fresh local fruit and at times, we may also feature favorite nearby restaurants.



The Hibiscus Bedroom at the The Maui Beach House B&B is inspired by Hawai’i’s state flower and offers an ocean-facing room with garden and peak-a-boo ocean views.

The Bed & Breakfast does not offer a full kitchen. Each bedroom offers a mini-fridge and there is a microwave in the shared lobby-lounge area best for heating up leftovers. Daily breakfast will be provided. The shared public lobby-lounge can be used for meals or relaxing (not for exclusive use). No unregistered guests please.



Maui Beach House Bed and Breakfast first opened in 2004 and recently had been housing Lahaina fire survivors since August 2023. Our Bed and Breakfast is fully permitted and licensed, and will not have any issues with canceled reservations due to the proposed zoning laws. Beaches - Beach conditions in Hawaii naturally change throughout the year. Ocean swells, tides, currents, and seasonal weather can affect shoreline size and accessibility from month to month.



Critters - Maui’s tropical environment means you may occasionally hear a rooster or spot friendly geckos, our harmless insect-eaters that are considered good luck in Hawaii (and bad luck to harm them). The home receives regular professional pest control services, though pests can still appear from time to time. Tropical critter encounters do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments. If you encounter any issues, please let us know.



Neighbors - The surrounding area may include normal island activity such as construction, traffic, landscaping, or other guests. Noise and disturbances do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments. If something feels disruptive, please let us know.



Utilities - due to weather or infrastructure limitations, you may experience interruptions to services such as water, electricity, cable, internet, air conditioning and plumbing. Interruptions outside our control do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments. We will always do our best to assist, support, and help reduce any impact when possible.
