'Good food. Staff were super helpful and friendly and did their best to make you feel welcome. The housekeeping facilities including next day laundry service was good. The bathrooms had showers but they weren’t seal proof so the water kept leaking and coming into the main bathroom area. This is a design flaw. The balcony and the view of Jaffna from there is beautiful. The hotel location is central so it’s quite noisy. If you’re not an early riser, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as there are...

'Erg vies. Schimmels. Toilet lekte water op de vloer. Geen of weinig respons als je wat vroeg '

'Room was ckean and spacious. The were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. They could add a few more options for the breakfast and dinner.'

'Convenient located next to the railway station. Walking distance (1-2km) to centre'

'Clean and friendly staff'

'Good place to stay'

'Spacious rooms, clean but still recommend wearing slippers in bathroom. thin walls so noise from common areas is very loud.'

'Erg gezellig Heerlijk ontbijt Niks mis mee Dicht bij treinstation'

'enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. rooms are great . they have swimming pool and gym as well. Jenath Manager is a great asset for them , friendly and courteous. Watchman Senathirajah has a beautiful smile when entering the hotel :) will visit again'

'Beware! The Hertage Villa is an annex of the Heritage. Across the street and 100 meters to the North. It has no atmosphere and no staff. The bathroom was smelly. Poor value for the money spent.'

'The wifi went down every evening. The breakfast is Sri Lankan vegetarian. I’m completely flummoxed why previous reviewers say the location is good. They seem to believe that its location between the city and the beach is an advantage. It is near nothing. I had to walk a minimum of 30 minutes to find a restaurant or a grocery store. As a result you have to drive to get anything.'
