Maui Kaanapali Villas A414 is a beautiful 4th-floor hotel style studio that accommodates up to 2 guests. Inside, you'll be welcomed by a bright, airy space filled with natural light along with a partial ocean view from your lanai. It features a California king-sized bed, table for 2, Smart TV, and central A/C. The unit does not have a kitchen--for your convenience, it includes a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, ideal for storing snacks, quick bites, or leftovers from nearby restaurants. The bathroom has a walk-in tile shower—perfect for winding down after a day of island adventures.

This hotel style studio (A414) is located next to the owner's neighboring condo (A412). When available, both can be rented together to create a two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup, perfect for families or couples traveling together.

Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day.
Notice of Resort Improvements: Aloha Tower Exterior Paint Project 9/21-10/9/26. Work hours 8am to 5pm. Mon-Fri. Update as of 10/12/26: due to weather related issues, this project is behind schedule. New estimated completion date is 11/15/26. Update as of 10/30/26: The project has been extended again to 12/18/26. The remaining work will focus on the first-floor areas, common areas, walkways & lanais, stairwells and elevator buildings. What to expect: Power washing, surface preparation, and boom lift operation may cause noise during work hours.

Maui Ka'anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The resort also features an onsite restaurant, Castaways Café, the Third Heaven Spa & Massage, and a state-of-the-art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, and access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center. The villas have all the amenities of a large resort but offer the personal aloha and charm of old Hawaii.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
