Casa Lutakko - Lakeview 2BR with Balcony

A bright 68.5 m² two-bedroom apartment on the shore of Jyväsjärvi, in the heart of Lutakko — Jyväskylä`s lively lakeside district. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the open-plan living room frame direct lake views, and a covered private balcony with an outdoor sofa makes summer evenings unforgettable.

Two bedrooms with queen beds sleep four guests in comfort. The full bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, heated towel rail, and washing machine. A separate guest WC means no morning queues. The fully equipped kitchen has a butcher-block island, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, and filter coffee maker.

Lutakko puts you steps from the Paviljonki concert hall, the Lutakko music venue, restaurants and cafés along the marina, and the lakeside cycling and running trails. The central railway and bus stations are a 10-minute walk. The Alvar Aalto Museum and Jyväskylä city centre are within easy walking distance.

🤫 Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay and especially between 22.00-07.00

🚪 Yard and balcony use should be quiet between 22.00 and 07.00 to avoid disturbing the neighbours.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are allowed, but they must be added to the booking.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property.
👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest`s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest`s stay.
🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
