'We stayed at this 1 bedroom apartment next to Auke Bay Marina for a week. We loved it so much! You should have a car as it’s 10 minutes or so to downtown Juneau. It is a completely different vacation staying here than in the cruise area. We loved watching the boats, the tides, the eagles, the harbor seals, all from the balcony. 'This was a cute property, a residential home divided into multiple units. Owner was helpful in communications before our visit. The space would not be great with younger kids (no TV, not much living space, kitchen countertop and stools were very tall and hard to access), but for adults who spent most of their time out seeing the sights it was perfect!'

'Pros: This would be a nice short-term space for one person or a couple. The bed was comfy and the place was clean. Really great views from the windows. Fairly private space, up away from the business of downtown. With a lower price and a few small adjustments, this would be a nice place to stay. Cons: Expensive for what's being offered. The pull-out couchbed is really tiny with a very thin pad - it should be specified that it's for a child. No TP holder, it's just sitting atop the toilet tank....
