'We stayed in unit 16b. The apartment was clean and the king size bed was awesome. The door locks on its own so make sure you take the key if you leave. We mentioned this to the caretaker as we had read it in reviews as well. She said she would have someone look at it. But why not have it fixed if it already had been mentioned more than once? 'We got an upgrade to a huge appartment next to the pool. Huge space, all equipment available, clean. Staff was helpfull. Resort located just outside of overcrowded center of airlie beach but within 5 min drive or 20 min walk. Large pool. Highly recommended for whitsunday island visit.'

'When we arrived the mosquito door was broken. The door stood against the building. The view was terrible, you could only sep the parking lot :-( It was also a bit far far away from the city centre, but that was our own mistake of course, we should have checked it.'

'Fran & Paul were extrenely welcoming. We booked fit my birthday & for my parents visiting from UK. on arrival we were tild our room had been changed to Frans favourite apartment, Panorama. When we were shown into the apartment, all i can say is WOW! What a view, what an aoartment, bith absolutelt stunning! Fran had also ledt me a beautiful hamper of bubbles & cheese, crackers & nibbles, and on our beds a bar of tobelerone! Amazing managers, stunning apartment, we will definately be back!'

'The property is in a great position and I would definitely return. We stayed 9 nights. Our unit does need some TLC . Toilet sister needs work. Floors need a really good clean, especially bathroom. Had to buy several things to get thru. Was scared to use frying pan as handle so wobbly, so bought one. Even a wooden spoon would have been handy. We will return, but would bring more from home next time.'
