« Welcoming owners Helen and Andy provide a warm, comfortable and luxurious B&B in the heart of lovely Eccleshall. Helen's artsy skill are shared in abundance, with every little detail attended to. Our room overlooked the beautiful garden at the back of the property, adjacent to private car parking, and a gentle stroll down to the town. We plan to stay again, truly a delightful experience. »

« L'hôtel est une belle et grande maison au milieu de la campagne, tres accessibke en voiture et bien desservie par Uber. La gare est a 20 mn de voiture avec des liaisons regulieres pour Londres, en 90 mn. Tres bon emplacement pour des vacances au calme. Le petit dejeuner est délicieux. »

« At telephone beforehand and on arrival all staff were very pleasant, warm, friendly and helpful. Room was fine and air con a welcome surprise. Dinner in restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good but not perhaps as good as dinner. Grounds all very attractive but walking around, particularly at the rear, we did notice some litter and areas in need of attention. Overall an enjoyable visit and in my view competitively priced. »

« This hotel bears no resemblance to the images. The restaurant is closed and the bar poorly stocked I was recommended to go out. The only food offering was Mini Cheddars. The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. Attention pour les non- anglophones, si vous avez déjà payé votre réservation, n’hésitez pas à insister pour bien faire comprendre que la chambre a été payée. »
