Charming Solognote House with Fireplace, Near Loire Castles and Golf Courses

A tastefully furnished, detached Sologne-style house in a peaceful, wooded setting, offering a very relaxing atmosphere. The cottage has a private, enclosed garden and is easily accessible from the A10 motorway, Orléans la Source exit, 12 km from Beaugency. Close to the Loire Valley and its châteaux, with several golf courses nearby. Ground floor: entrance hall, large dining room with lounge area and fireplace, small office, fitted kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed), WC, shower room. First floor: two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds), mezzanine, bathroom, WC. Table tennis.

Towels are available for €5 per person. Bed linen is available for an additional €10 per bed and is mandatory for business rentals. A mandatory cleaning fee of €50 is charged for business rentals (billed every two weeks). From October to the end of March, heating is mandatory and charged according to consumption (meter readings taken upon arrival and departure). From April to the end of September, heating is included.

Security deposit: €450 (unless rental exceeds 2 weeks, in which case the deposit is €700).

Check-in: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM.

A10 from Orleans. At Orléans Nord, right lane. After Orléans Centre, turn right onto the La Source Clermont slip road. At the Source toll booth, immediately turn right on the D15 towards Jouy-le-Potier. Go straight for 15 km. In Jouy, take the road to the right of the church D 103 d°Lailly-en-Val Beaugency. After 3 km, turn right into a Le Petit Pordet property entrance.
