« all the amenities were wonderful the fresh baked cookies were to die for! all the staff were pleasant and kind with the exception of one kitchen staff member calling guests â stupid â and ranting the entire morning during breakfast ⊠but we understand everyone has bad days »

« We had a great stay at this hotel! The front desk staff was absolutely amazingâwhen I thought I lost my keys (thankfully I found them), they were so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole situation. It really made a stressful moment much easier.
The breakfast attendant was also wonderfulâshe asked how our stay was and was genuinely sweet and welcoming. Little interactions like that really made a difference.

« As always we had a great stay (2nights) the only issue we had is I think the chemicals may be a bit off in the pool. Our swimsuit smelt horrible after they dried. »
