'Beautiful room in an ideal location that is walkable to all of Newport. Traffic in and out of the main entrance was very loud, and parking was nearly impossible, but very much worth it.'

'The property owner did a great job with communicating. That was the primary strength. Outside of that, this was a disappointment. While the owner did warn us, entering the driveway was dodgy. Vehicles coming around a mostly blind corner is a safety issue (one that the homeowner cannot control, but still worth mention). The unit is small as expected. 'The Waverly cottage experience was exceptional! The cottage is so cute and clean, and is in the PERFECT location, conveniently located to beach, shopping and restaurants.
