'At the time of my stay, only one elevator was in service. There were two large events happening downtown, so the elevator traffic was atrocious. Additionally, the website for this hotel states that their valet parking costs $37, which is their only option. Unless you want to find your own street parking, or use another lot which either costs more or is several blocks away. I called the hotel to clarify whether or not that cost is per vehicle, which it is, and the office staff informed me it is...

'The room was clean. I was a little disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned the next day. I got back to my room around 4:00 PM the bed wasn’t made. Still had my towels from the morning my trash was still in the room. I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk. What time do you all clean the rooms. She said was there a sign on your door in the morning. I said no I didn’t put my sign up to come later. I told the front desk that to get me new towels. She did get someone to bring me clean towels....
