'My wife and I were traveling with our 10 month old baby. Our room was visibly dirty, with stains on furniture and dirt on the floor as if it had not been vacuumed. Upon checking in at around 5pm the room was incredibly hot, and when turning on the AC it was clear that it would not cool down quickly as the air unit did not seem to stay engaged in AC mode. When this was discussed with front desk staff they allowed us to move to a different room. That room was also visibly dirty and very hot, but...

'Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want multiple fraudulent charges on your credit card! We checked in on Friday, and checked out this morning. When I got home today, I had a text from my credit card showing an amount that was manually entered today 5 hours AFTER I checked out, and a second charge that was manually entered on Friday. Each charge was for $60.00 I called the front desk and the staff member was exceptionally rude. Put me on hold for 10 mins, then transferred me to...

'The room was clean. Everything was decent. The room is very spacious and the front desk lady named Ashley helped me out a lot. I will highly recommend to stay here multiple times if I could it’s a newer property so it’s really nice and clean on the inside.'

'The staff were very nice. Check in was easy and when I went the next day yo tell them about the state of the room they were apologetic. It was obvious that the bathroom hadn’t really been cleaned well- sink and toilet were clean but walks and floor were gross. We didn’t get in until 2 am do it was morning before we really had a good look.'

'The hotel was very nice, excellent location, clean, and the beds were very comfy. The parking lot was very easy to use, and had plenty of spots available. The parking fee was quite expensive but understandable. The breakfast was great! Highly recommending this hotel and all Hyatt hotels to be honest.'

'Room was clean but pillows and mattress was not the greatest if I’m being honest. Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast we left the hotel at 6:00 and unfortunately didn’t get to try wish it would start early especially when people leave early and stay there to catch a flight. The pool looked to have black algae in the pool. I’m not a pool expert but having a pool that’s what I believe it was my skin was very irritated maybe to many chemicals? The drive and shuttle was great and lady was so kind.'
