'Gut gelegen und nur ca. 5 Min. von der Stadtmauer entfernt hat sich der Aufenthalt im Hilton definitiv gelohnt.'

'Service is excellent.'

'The location is good and the hotel staff are courteous'

'Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain.'

'Great stay'

'Very fancy room. Excellent price. Convenient location.'

'OMG, this was the best hotel of my entire trip! The location is excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. But the shared spaces and rooms are on another level. It feels like staying in a traditional teahouse, with tea rooms to explore and a beautiful inner courtyard. I won’t give too much away, this hotel is a gem. I fell in love with the balcony that came with my room, the perfect spot to enjoy some tea. It was great value for money, too. If I return to Xi’an, I’ll definitely stay...

'Excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff in a geat location, let down by the breakfast. In the three days we stayed there non of the hot food western style (bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms, etc.) was even warm. The buffet food was cold. Shame for a Westin as they are generally a good hotel.'

'Everything ok. Not inside restaurant available'

'When my boyfriend and I arrived the room and bathroom were not cleaned at all. We complained at the reception and they gave us another room that was a bit better. The breakfast is not worth and the products lacks of quality. It’s not a good restaurant to western people. I don’t recommend this hotel and I felt regretted to trust only on the brand “holiday inn”'

'Loved this hotel, hundred percent would come back friendly staff great breakfast. So many good fines nearby loved the room and the. Ambience.'

'Gooda gooda'

'Great location, nice large room.'

'It's a nice hotel but I could not contact it for reconfirm neither via phone or email. Nice laundry space on floor five, great amenities, breakfast is also delicious.'
