'The room was very clean, cozy, and with complete toiletries. Everything was provided! The laundry is free of charge. When we arrived, Ana met us by the North gate with a warm smile. She helped us carry our luggages to the hotel, then Lynn put them directly to our room. Since we arrived late, they offered us something to eat which was a very thoughtful gesture. 'The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always offered a warm drink for us whenever we left the hotel or came back (went in the winter). They also helped us order items we didnt have and got it to us in a timely manner. The communication between us and the staff was a little bit difficult as they mostly didnt speak english, but they always tried their best to accommodate and thankfully I had family members who were able to communicate with them. Overall would stay again when I travel to Beijing...

'Absolutely amazing. I loved this hotel so much. The space is curated beautifully with art work, great ambiance, and great food and drinks. The facilities are beautiful, it’s cozy and the staff was excellent. Very kind, helpful, and patient. The location is great, it’s within walking distance to plenty of great restaurants, bars, and even an art gallery. The room was clean, I always had water and plenty of toiletries and towels.
