Het onderhoud heeft hier ook schijnbaar tijdens en na corona stil gestaan.... Kamers zijn wel aan een opfris beurt toe. Toiletten die blijven doorspoelen zijn irritant tijdens je nachtrust. Ontbijt mag ook iets meer aandacht. Laatste 2 dagen geen eieren meer, geen pindakaas. Dus alleen brood en jam..

Excellent hotel with great location visit New York. There is direct bus NJ-320 just across the street which takes you directly to Port Authority Bus Terminal. This hotel is the starting point of the bus and last stop while coming back from New York. All the staff members are very nice. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Amazing breakfast. I will definitely come back again.

Very clean room but building needs some remodeling. We stayed at the top floor and you can see on the hallway ceiling that there was a roof leak. Other than this we had a very pleasant stay.

Hôtel très désuet, grand besoin de rénovations (salle de bain, décor en général, mobiliers, fenêtres, air climatisée très bruyante, etc.). Hôtel « figée » dans les années 90 sans qu’aucune rénovations ni changement n’ait eu lieu. Sinon, pour l’emplacement et le transport vers New-York, c’est parfait. Arrêt d’autobus directement devant l’hotel, en 30 minutes et moins vous êtes à Time Square en ayant stationner votre voiture gratuitement à l’hôtel. Personnel très courtois.

Our room was gross! Couch had stains all over it. Shower felt like you were going to fall through. Water didn’t drain. Windows were very dirty. Gym was closed. I loved the bus was right outside the property to go to NYC. It was affordable but we still paid enough that I would have expected it to be clean. I suspect this place was very nice years ago. It looks like a place that has had no money put into it in years. The lobby looks clean and inviting. When you get to your room a whole other story.

This property is really old. Parking space on premise is very limited, they do offer to park in the adjacent building. Rooms are very old and particularly bed is positioned very odd in the corner of the room instead of usually in the center of the wall. Bathrooms are old and room are serviced only every 3rd day. It’s somewhat clean, but extremely old property. Not worth $180 per night. I’d understand if it was $80 a night. The locks on the door are very old, the bathroom and the blower in the bathroom are also in the same state. The hotel smells, not exactly sure what it is, but perhaps is just because it’s old and not well ventilated. The staff isn’t rude, they’re not friendly either. Nonchalant would be a better word. The property building is old and can use renovations. The key cards wouldn’t work, there were no house phone in the room, the remotes for the televisions didn’t work, there was spots in the ceilings of water damaged, the toilet clogged and needed to be plugged, the ice machine didn’t work on the floor so you had to go to the front desk and the bathrooms weren’t clean and the tub needs to be replaced. Will not stay here ever again and won’t recommend!

The staff’s were great, actually amazing. I am giving this a one star only due to the staffs working there. The hotel however is in horrible condition, the rooms smelled horrible and moldy, tubs and showers all leak from above. I felt dirty sleeping there all night. My daughter did at least spent 2 hours at the pool at Might. Which weirdly open from 7-10. Would not recommend, staff deserves better.
