Condo 108 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor. It has three flat screen TVs and 4 beds. Condo 108 has three floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with black-out drapes and whispy white sheers. Walk about 5 yards to the beach and pool from your condo. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 8 pool towels, 12 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 8 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Enjoyable, but fell short on some items

Upon arriving, our unit was super hot. The A/C was not working & the floors to our unit were sticky. The good news is that they got the air working fairly quickly (w/in a couple hours of our arrival) and it worked the rest of the time. I was surprised that there was absolutely NO hand soap in the entire condo. We have stayed in many VRBO's & I know they only provide starter items, but for only a 2-night stay, I was hoping to not run out and buy hand soap. I would recommend to the owner to have a starter hand soap. I did not love the fact that we had 2 keys we had to carry everywhere to access our unit & the other to get in & out of various areas of the building, pool, & beach. We loved that the beach was not crowded at all. For the price, this was a good option.

Nice Vacation Property

This 2-bedroom unit is very large and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The two bedrooms with baths are separated by the kitchen and living room which makes them private and would be good for two different couples. The unit, while in very good shape, is older and simple in style, reminiscent of a 1970s motel facility. The outside pool and sitting areas are very nice and comfortable. Although they are right next to the beach (you can very much hear the ocean), they are completely blocked from an ocean view by heavy shrubs and hedges, such that there is an enclosed claustrophobic feeling. Nonetheless the hedges were very effective in blocking the wind which was helpful in early March when the winds were very strong. The unit is just a few steps to a nice beach. This particular unit is on the ground floor so there is no view except for the hedges. There are also a number of very wide spacious attractive public beaches a mile or so south with lots of parking .

Girls long weekend

We initially had a maintenance problem with one of the bathrooms (rented a 2 Br, 2 bath condo). Management went above and beyond, to make us "whole" by giving us an additional condo to use while there. We loved everything about this place. The beach is literally a few steps from the door and the pool was crystal clear and as warm as bath water. The attached restaurant was the cherry on top. Live music, dancing, fabulous, reasonably priced drinks and meals. I will also be telling all my friends in Miami to book this place to get out of the "craziness" of the city. It was a perfect weekend!

The ideal get-a-way!

We stayed here for 4 days and it was one of best vacations my family has ever taken. The unit was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. More importantly its right in front of a great beach and pool, where we spent most of our time. One morning we actually saw sea turtles hatch and leave their nest on the beach... it was amazing! And if that's not enough, the restaurant, Shuckers, is incredible. Their prices are reasonable and everything we ordered over the course of our stay was delicious. This place is the ideal get-away. We will be going back!

Property is located in a great area. The condo itself needed some work. Not a lot of work, broiler did not work. Needed some hooks for beach towels. the blinds was missing some of the slats. Loved having Shuckers so close.

Absolutely Fantabulous!!

Even though this is an older property it has everything you could possibly want! We returned just today from a two week stay. We did not want to come home! The weather was wonderful every day we were there with no rain and temps in the 80's. We had a very roomy condo. It was very cheerful and had plenty of sunlight. The couch was extremely comfortable as were the beds. There is a restaurant attached to the building. It has great food! And it is so convenient if you don't feel like going out to eat or cooking. Call your order in and you walk down the hall to pick it up in about 15 minutes or sit in the outside part of the restaurant and watch the ocean waves. Just walk out of your condo and there is a heated swimming pool and the beach! We felt very safe with their security. There are great people working there! The very best who bend over backwards to help you with whatever issues you may have. I must give a special thank you to Joanna at the front desk and Danielle, the manager! They were wonderful and we will never forget their help! We already have reservations for next year and can't wait to go back.

Very clean and quiet

My family loved our stay! It was a quiet corner spot and very clean. The pool is nice and the beach is just outside. We utilized the beach chairs and beach toys (even adults like to build sand castles). The restaurant down the hall was amazing! We went there for dinner on our first night and listened to live music in addition to eating some amazing food. The Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center was just a short drive away. They have sting-rays that you can pet, so that's a fun way to fill an afternoon. Overall, we would return.

Good place to stay on the beach if you need four beds..very roomy and great location

We enjoyed our stay here...Four women and we each had a Queen or King bed...two bedrooms with two beds in each...the unit is very cutely decorated and roomy but the entire building does need a bit of updating. The location of the unit on the ground floor was great, you don't get the view but do get to just walk out the sliders and down to the beach which was very convenient. Shuckers restaurant is also on the premises so you can have a few cocktails and not have to worry about driving...very nice!

It was a dream vacation

The unit was well kept, beautiful and spacious, we had everything we needed for a short weekend for 4 adults and 2 kids. Now the unit says you can sleep 8, that is true and the beds are comfortable, however the table and family room are made for 4 people to sit, we took turns to eat and used the breakfast/bar counter space. So the unit was perfect for us 6, we spent most of our time at the beach, pool and visiting the Island. There is plenty to do, the beaches are absolutely gorgeous and there is everything you need at a short car ride. The cherry on top was the amazing restaurant on the property, you know it’s good when all the locals go there. Shuckers has amazing food and the vibe is nice, right on the beach too. We’ll be back.

Nice stay!! Beautiful beach front resort.

Condo was beautifully decorated in nautical theme, clean, with many necessities. Beach front with easy access to beach. Only complaint was that building was older with a need in a few repairs. Carpet in main hallway old and needs replacing. Otherwise perfect stay!

Very clean, small scale vacation destination with friendly staff!

Two kids and two adults stayed for five nights. Very comfortable furniture and easy access to lovely heated pool and beautiful beachfront. Kitchen was decently stocked but lacking cooking necessities...salt and pepper would have been helpful. It seems wasteful to have to purchase basic condiments only to throw them out at the end of the stay. BUT! The place is great, despite the lack of a view. We had a wonderful time in the pool, on the beach and visiting the Florida Oceanographic Society. Thanks for a super spring break!
