'The unit was excellent but the when we arrived and I asked if he wanted the Expedia booking reference he rambled on about ‘fat cats in America’ taking money offshore and that it’s better to look up the price on there and then to call the motel direct (to cut out the middle man). Was unimpressed to be lecture us like this? if you want to advertise on their platform accept get they take a commission and don’t try to circumvent the process that brought the customer to you. '

'This hotel was very centrally located and had specious rooms. The Riccarton Mall was within walking distance and had many stores, restaurants and even a grocery store. The hotel room had a kitchen and it was easy to cook meals. '

'Great place to stay, easy access to bus going to the airport. Plenty of shopping within walking distance.'

'Love the shuttle service to the airport. Mum was nit able to use the shower over the bath and would have had difficulty getting to second level. Thankfully able to change rooms. Restaurant had lively food however the poor staff member was very busy. '
